Management of Value (MoV®) Foundation and Practitioner Training Course | Plymouth

Management of Value (MoV®) is helped by principles, processes, and techniques that will help organization optimize the benefits of their portfolios, programmes, and projects. Management of Value course explains how to use resources as efficiently and effectively as possible.

MoV brings together a set of principles, processes and techniques to enhance and deliver best value for businesses and end users alike. Ernest Shackleton once said ‘Superhuman effort isn’t worth a damn unless it achieves results.’ With this in mind, it is important to distinguish between wants and needs. One must be clear of the results one need as opposed to those one only want. It must be ensured that energy is expanded on the needful and not on the wish list. Only then will we truly derive the best value for the resources expended.

Management of Value (MoV) sets the agenda for the projects & programmes that will deliver organizational objectives. It links very closely with PRINCE2®, MoP®, MSP®, and M_o_R® and aligns with strategic objectives to manage value for organizations, customers, and stakeholders. This results in increased value, including significant monetary and non-monetary benefits for the organizations.

This five star Management of Value (MoV®) Foundation and Practitioner training course will be delivered at Plymouth, UK.
