Overview

In Agile requirements are stored in the Product Backlog. Product Backlog is an ordered list of all known items for product development. We refer to these items as Product Backlog Items (PBIs). 

The Product Owner is responsible for capturing these PBIs in a clear, concise and standard format, allowing Business and Development to collaborate on the details to develop, a shared common understanding of the user needs.

User Stories provide a proven effective method to capture user needs (PBIs). This course will help you write effective user stories to enable greater collaboration between your business and development teams.

Who Should attend?

In Agile, anyone can write a User Story, BA, Development Team Member, Product Owner, Customer, Stakeholders.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend the course. However, foundation knowledge on any of the following will be helpful:

  • Scrum
  • Agile Business Analysis
  • Agile Project Management

Virtual classroom trainings are held using video conferencing software. A trainer leads the class for the duration of course. Delegates may attend the session using PC, laptop or tablets.

Virtual classroom trainings are held using video conferencing software, lead by a trainer. Delegates may attend the sessions using PC, laptop or tablets. Such trainings are held like normal classrooms where delegates ask questions, take part in exercises, interact with trainer throughout the course.

We use secure Zoom and APMG's ALP platforms.
