Prerequisites

Project and/ or Change management experience is preferred but not essential for Change Management Foundation level.

Change Management Foundation exam must be passed before attempting Change Management Practitioner level exam. 

Virtual classroom trainings are held using video conferencing software. A trainer leads the class for the duration of course. Delegates may attend the session using PC, laptop or tablets.

Such trainings are held like normal classrooms where delegates ask questions, take part in exercises, interact with trainer throughout the course.

Change Management Practitioner Exam:

-Objective examination.
-4 questions (20 points per question).
-40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
-Duration 2.5 hours.
-Open book (only the official The Effective Change Manager's Handbook is allowed).

Delegates take practitioner exam online, the instructor proctors the delegates using APMG Learning Platform (ALP) for all virtual courses.
