Management of Value (MoV) Training Courses

Tecknologia is pleased to announce the launch of Management of Value (MoV®)  training courses after successfully achieving accreditation from PeoplCert on behalf of Axelos.  

Management of Value (MoV®) is helped by principles, processes, and techniques that will help organization optimize the benefits of their portfolios, programmes, and projects. Management of Value (MoV) explains how to use resources as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

It sets the agenda for the projects & programmes that will deliver organizational objectives. It links very closely with PRINCE2®, MoP®, MSP®, and M_o_R® and aligns with strategic objectives to manage value for organizations, customers, and stakeholders. This results in increased value, including significant monetary and non-monetary benefits for the organizations.
