Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) is the world’s first and the best framework and managing projects using agile tools, techniques and practices. AgilePM achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast-pace, change and empowerment provided by agile given the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) of the world we live in.

With over 225,000 certified AgilePM professionals, Agile Project Management (AgilePM) is the fastest growing framework that guides professionals on how to manage their projects with agile mindset.

Agile Business Consortium introduced AgilePM in 2010 (based on DSDM) and in 2014 v2 of AgilePM was released. After 10 years of incomparable success of AgilePM v2, Agile Business Consortium has unveiled AgilePM v3 (aka AgilePM3).

While in-depth discussion is out of scope of this write up, below we explore what has changed in AgilePM v3 and what has remained unchanged.
