Agile Project Management (AgilePM):
AgilePM training course and certification provides project managers (and others involved with project activities) with a disciplined but flexible approach to the management of projects, allowing for iterative and incremental delivery of outputs and capabilities.
This 4 days long training course equips delegates with practical understanding of Agile Project Management and how to apply this within their working environments. It will also prepare candidates for the Foundation and Practitioner certification exams.

AgilePM does not attempt to redefine the fundamentals of project management, and assumes some knowledge of a project management method. It builds on that knowledge to show how those involved in project may need to think, act and react differently in an agile environment.

Who Should Attend?
Project management experience is preferred but not essential for Agile Project Management Foundation level.
Agile Project Management Foundation exam must be passed before attempting Agile Project Management Practitioner level exam.
Virtual classroom trainings are held using video conferencing software. A trainer leads the class for the duration of course. Delegates may attend the session using PC, laptop or tablets.

Such trainings are held like normal classrooms where delegates ask questions, take part in exercises, interact with trainer throughout the course.

Delegates may attend the session using PC, laptop or tablets. Device used by delegate MUST have (or be connected to external) webcam, microphone and speaker.

If not agreed with delegates otherwise, virtual classroom trainings have exams scheduled at the end of each course. Delegates must take the exam at the end of course as these can’t be rescheduled.
AgilePM Foundation Exam:
- Multiple choice format
- 50 questions per paper
- 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
- 40 minutes duration
- Closed book
AgilePM Practitioner Exam:
-4 questions (20 points per question).
-40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
-Duration 2.5 hours.
-Open book (only the official AgilePM manual is allowed).
Delegates take Foundation exam on the second day and Practitioner exam on fourth day (where applicable), the instructor proctors the delegates using APMG Learning Platform (ALP) for Virtual courses.
Foundation exam is a pre-requisite for practitioner level. In an unlikely situation where a delegate fails the foundation exam, they will not be allowed to site in the practitioner exam. Delegate would need to book the practitioner level exam separately either through Tecknologia or directly with APMG.
