This 5 days course will help delegates to:

  • Understand how individuals are impacted by change and be able to develop strategies to help people through change
  • Develop insights into how organizations work , organizational culture and the models and processes of change
  • Understand the drivers of change, the change governance structures typically used in organizations and how to define a change vision
  • Appreciate how to prepare people for change and support their learning and motivation to change
  • Learn about the stakeholder engagement process and how to develop suitable communications strategies and plans
  • Appreciate the impact of change on organizations , how to build momentum for change and sustain it
  • Understand the importance of defined change roles, and how to build and support an effective change team.

Foundation exam is scheduled to be held on the third day and practitioner exam on fifth day. 

Prerequisites

Project and/ or Change management experience is preferred but not essential for Foundation level.

Foundation exam must be passed before attempting Practitioner level exam.

Four key areas are in the syllabus of Change Management Foundation course, covered over three days:

  • Preparing for Resistance

Tecknologia uses licensed APMG Learning Platform (ALP) which is fully integrated into APMG systems and operates securely.

Delegates may attend the session using PC, laptop or tablets. Device used by delegate MUST have (or be connected to external) webcam, microphone and speaker.

Our Agile courses are fully accredited by APMG-International.

Tecknologia trainers are highly experienced practitioners with excellent training delivery capabilities. Our trainers are fully accredited by APMG for relevant training deliveries.

If not agreed with delegates otherwise, virtual classroom trainings have exams scheduled at the end of each course. Delegates must take the exam at the end of course as these can’t be rescheduled.

Change Management Foundation Exam:

- Multiple choice format
- 50 questions per paper
- 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
- 40 minutes duration
- Closed book

Change Management Practitioner Exam:

-Objective examination.
-4 questions (20 points per question).
-40/80 points required to pass the exam (50%).
-Duration 2.5 hours.
-Open book (only the official The Effective Change Manager's Handbook is allowed).

Delegates take Foundation exam online on the third day, and practitioner exam on the fifth day (where applicable) the instructor proctors the delegates using APMG Learning Platform (ALP) for all virtual courses.
